  1. 1 1/3 cups cracked wheat (bulgur)

  2. 1 1/3 cups water boiling

  3. 4 tablespoons raisins, seedless golden or dark, or 1/2 and 1/4 teaspoon salt

  4. 1/4 teaspoon cumin ground*

  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

  3. Let stand 30 minutes until water is absorbed.

  4. Fluff and serve warm.
