  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Vermicelli or thin spaghetti

  2. 3 tablespoons 45ml Dark sesame oil

  3. 4 Green onions - cut in

  4. 1/2" pcs

  5. 1 Ginger root - pared and quartered

  6. 1/3 cup 65g / 2 1/3oz Peanut butter - (plain or chunky)

  7. 1/4 cup 59ml Soy sauce

  8. 1/4 cup 59ml Tap water or chicken broth

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Rice or white vinegar

  10. 1 tablespoon 15ml Salad oil

  11. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sugar

  12. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Crushed red pepper

  1. Cook spaghetti as directed; drain and rinse with cold water. Toss with 2 tablespoons sesame oil (this dish can be served cold or hot).

  2. Do not rinse with cold water if you want a hot dish, just drain. In food processor, finely chop garlic, green onions and ginger.

  3. Add remaining sesame oil and all ingredients. Process until thoroughly mixed.

  4. Top each serving of vermicelli or spaghetti with amount of desired sauce.

  5. Can be spicy.
