  1. Yellow onions 5 , peeled and sliced

  2. Olive oil 1 Tablespoon

  3. Salt To Taste

  4. Sweet potato 1 , peeled and quartered

  5. Water 1 12 Cup (24 tbs)

  6. Fresh rosemary 2 Teaspoon , chopped finely

  7. Sage 2 Teaspoon , chopped

  8. Pizza crust 1 Medium

  9. Aioli/Olive oil 1 Tablespoon

  10. Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon

  11. Black pepper To Taste

  1. Directions GETTING READY 1. Pre-hea oven at 475F.

  2. MAKING 2. In a skillet on medium heat, drizzle some olive oil ,put the onions inside ,sprinkle some salt and caramelize the onions for 8 minutes.

  3. In a pot, pour some water, let it heat and pop the quartered sweet potato into the water.

  4. Once the potatoes are cooked, give it a good rinse under cold running water, slice them, put them in a plate and set them aside.

  5. Place the pizza crust on the baking pan and brush the crust with some aioli.

  6. Lay the sliced sweet potatoes, spoon the caramelized onions, sprinkle the herbs, season with salt and pepper and pop it into the oven for 8 minutes to cook.

  7. SERVING 7. Serve the pizza with ketchup or any of your favorite dips or sauces as a snack or for lunch.
