  1. Cubed paneer pieces 250 grams

  2. Green peas 1 cup

  3. Curd 1/4 cup (beaten)

  4. Coriander powder 1 tsp

  5. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  6. Red chilly powder 1/4 tsp

  7. Garam masala 1/2 tsp

  8. Salt 1 tsp (according to the taste)

  9. Onion 2 pieces (medium size)

  10. Ginger 1 piece (small size)

  11. Tomatoes 3 pieces

  12. Cardamom 1 piece (big size)

  13. Cloves 3 pieces

  1. • Put 6 tsp of oil in a pan

  2. • Fry the paneer pieces to light brown color and then keep them separately

  3. • Pour the onion and ginger paste in the pan and stir it properly till it gets thick and dry

  4. • Add smashed tomatoes and stir it well

  5. • Add curd into it and stir it properly

  6. • Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, green peas, salt, cardamom and cloves

  7. • Cook for 2-3 minutes

  8. • Add 2 cups of water to make a thick gravy

  9. • Add paneer pieces and scatter garam masala once the green peas are cooked

  10. • Stir it well for 1-2 minutes

  11. • Serve it hot with Roti
