  1. 3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened

  2. 1/3 cups confectioner's sugar

  3. 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

  4. OR Store bought sugar cookie dough tube

  5. 1 package vanilla chips, melted

  6. 1/4 cup whipping cream

  7. 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened

  8. 1 pint sliced fresh strawberries

  9. 1 cup fresh blueberries

  10. 1 cup fresh raspberries or blackberries

  11. 1 kiwi if desired

  12. 1 banana if desired, (have sitting in lemon juice to prevent darkening)

  13. Can use 1 small can drained mandarin oranges or pineapple chunks in natural juice

  14. 1/2 cup pineapple juice

  15. 1/4 cup sugar

  16. 1 TBL cornstarch

  17. 1/2 tsp lemon juice

  1. Combine butter, confectioner’s sugar and beat until creamy. Stir in flour, mixture will be crumbly. Pat into the bottom of a greased 12 inch pizza pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 25-28 minutes or until light brown.

  2. OR..pat the store made cookie mix into the bottom of the pan and cook according to package directions.

  3. Cool.

  4. In another mixing bowl, beat melted chips and cream, add cream cheese, beat until smooth. Spread over crust. Chill for 30 minutes.

  5. Arrange berries and fruit as you want over crust and filling.

  6. In a saucepan, combine pineapple juice, sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice, bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool; brush over fruit. Chill one hour before serving. Store in the refrigerator.
