  1. BLEND EGGS, MILK, OIL, SUGAR AND FOOD COLORING ON LOW SPEED FOR 3 MIN. UNTIL CREAMY. SCRAPE THE MIXING BOWL SO THERE ARE NO LUMPS WHILE MIXING. TURN OFF MIXER. ADD FLOUR, BAKING POWDER AND SALT. START MIXER ON LOW SPEED FOR 3 MIN. THEN INCREASE TO MED. FOR ABOUT 2 MIN. UNTIL SMOOTH WITH NO LUMPS. BAKE AT 350° FOR 10 MIN.(IF DOING ON A JELLYROLL PAN) OR UNTIL A TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN. ICING INGREDIENTS: 1 LB. CREAM CHEESE 1 LB. BUTTER 1 LB. CONFECTION SUGAR
