  1. 1 can Campbell's chicken Gumbo Soup

  2. 1 to 1-1/2 pounds ground beef

  3. 1 Tablespoon catsup

  4. 1 Tablespoon mustard

  5. 1 teaspoon worcestershire

  6. 1 Tablespoon brown sugar

  1. Brown ground beef.

  2. Drain of fat.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for as little as 10 minutes, or more, as desired. The longer you simmer, the more the rice breaks apart and becomes invisible.

  4. I often make this in the crockpot, especially when making for a big group and doubling or tripling the recipe. After browning the ground beef, I put everything in the crockpot and cook on low 4 hours.
