  1. 4 tablespoons vegetable oil

  2. 1 medium onion or 2 whole pieces dried limes , cut into halves

  3. 1 teaspoon saffron filaments

  4. 2 cups fresh dill or 150 g, chopped

  5. 3 cubes MAGGI® Chicken Bouillon

  6. 1 tin canned green peas or 400 g, drained

  7. 1 teaspoon ground cardamom

  8. 2 1/2 cups basmati rice or 4 1/2 cups water or 1125 ml

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan and fry chopped onions for 2 minutes or until it becomes tender.

  2. Add dried limes, saffron threads, dill, MAGGI® Chicken Bouillon cubes, strained green peas and cardamom then stir all for 1 minute. Add rice and water.

  3. Bring to boil then cover and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
