    1. Salad oil 3 Tablespoon

    2. Curry powder 1 1/2 Teaspoon

    3. Salt 3/4 Teaspoon

    4. 1/2 teaspoon each ground ginger and cumin

    5. 1 head cauliflower, trimmed and broken into flowerets

    6. Water 3/4 Cup (16 tbs)

    1. Directions Heat oil in a wide frying pan over medium heat.

    2. Stir in curry powder, salt, ginger, and cumin and cook for 1 minute.

    3. Add cauliflower and stir to coat.

    4. Add water and bring to a boil.

    5. Cover and simmer until cauliflower is crisp-tender (6 to 8 minutes).

    6. Drain.
