  1. 1 lb. small new red potatoes , quartered

  2. 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

  3. 2 Tbsp. vinegar

  4. 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme

  5. 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon , cooked, crumbled

  6. 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) KRAFT Cheddar Cheese , cubed

  7. 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) KRAFT Monterey Jack Cheese , cubed

  1. PREHEAT oven to 425°F. Place potatoes in baking dish. Mix dressing, vinegar and thyme in small bowl. Pour half of the dressing mixture over potatoes; mix lightly. Refrigerate remaining dressing mixture.

  2. BAKE 40 to 50 min. or until fork tender. Remove from oven; cool completely.

  3. COMBINE potatoes, bacon, cheeses and remaining dressing mixture in medium bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with additional fresh thyme before serving, if desired.
