  1. 1 c. yogurt

  2. 1 tsp. nutmeg

  3. 1/2 c. vegetable oil

  4. 1 c. honey

  5. 1/8 c. extra fine, ground Turkish coffee , sift some OR Turkish coffee spice mix

  6. 3/4 tsp. salt

  7. 2 1/4 c. whole wheat flour

  8. 2 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

  9. 1 1/8 tsp. soda

  10. TOPPING:

  11. 3/4 c. honey

  12. 3/8 c. melted butter

  13. 1/2 c. poppy seeds

  14. 5/8 c. raisins

  1. Use 2 bowls, one for dry ingredients and one for wet ingredients.

  2. Stir each bowl of ingredients, then pour all together into a buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. After 35 minutes remove and top with topping and return to bake another 10 minutes.

  3. TOPPING:

  4. Mix all ingredients together.
