  5. 1 c Firmly packed brown sugar

  6. 1 c Canned pumpkin

  7. 1/2 c Oil

  8. 1/2 c Apple cider or juice

  9. 1 ea Egg

  10. 1 3/4 c Flour

  11. 1/2 c Whole wheat flour

  12. 3 t Baking powder

  13. 1 1/2 t Cinnamon

  14. 1/2 c Chopped nuts

  15. 1/2 c Raisins

  16. 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bottom only of 9x5-inch

  17. loaf pan. In large bowl, combine brown sugar, pumpkin, oil, apple

  18. cider, and egg; mix well.

  19. 2. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Add all purpose

  20. flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder and cinnamon; stir just until

  21. moistened. Stir in nuts and raisins. Pour into greased and floured

  22. pan.

  23. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 65 minutes or until toothpick

  24. inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan;

  25. cool completely. Wrap tightly and store in refrigerator.
