  1. 6 large franks

  2. 6 hero rolls

  3. 6 tbsp butter, softened

  4. 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt

  5. 3 cups sauerkraut

  6. 1 can cranberry sauce

  1. With a food marker, make scary faces on each frank, then grill or bake until skin starts to split. Mix butter and garlic salt. Scoop a slit hollow in the top of rolls. Butter and grill roll until toasted. Place frank in bun so face is visible Spread about 2 tablespoons of cranberry sauce around edges of frank. Top with sauerkraut, and bottom of bun, for the lid of coffin. Serve remaining cranberry sauce as a garnish.
