  1. Indian Roasted Cauliflower

  2. 4 to 6 servings 1 large head cauliflower

  3. 1/4 cup olive oil

  4. salt and pepper

  5. 1 to 2 tsp garam masala seasoning or to taste

  6. Wash cauliflower, and separate into florets, pat dry. Place florets

  7. in baking pan, and drizzle with olive oil, coat well. Season with

  8. salt and fresh grated black pepper. Sprinkle on the garam masala

  9. and turn florets to coat well with seasonings. Bake in a 350F oven

  10. about 45 minutes to an hour or cauliflower is fork tender but not

  11. overly soft. Turn once during cooking time (it will turn golden

  12. brown on each side when turned).
