  1. 8 pieces crystallized ginger

  2. 4 cinnamon sticks

  3. 12 whole cloves

  4. 12 whole allspice berries

  5. 8 cups apple cider

  6. 336 g cans frozen apple-grape-raspberry concentrate

  7. 3 cups water

  8. 2 cups orange juice

  1. Combine ginger, cinnamon sticks, cloves, allspice, cider, juice concentrate, water and orange juice in a large saucepan. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes. Strain and ladle cider into mugs.
