  2. 1 cup 237ml Evaporated milk

  3. 1 1/2 cups 297g / 10oz Sugar

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  5. 12 oz 340g Semisweet chocolate - chopped

  6. 1/2 cup 46g / 1.6oz Slivered almonds - toasted

  7. 1 cup 237ml Mini marshmallows

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar, and salt in a medium saucepan. Bring to a hard boil for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in the chocolate until melted and smooth. Fold in the almonds and marshmallows. Pour into an 8- by 8-inch square baking pan. Chill until firm, about 2 to 4 hours. Cut into 12 squares. This recipe yields 12 servings.
