  1. 2 cups boiling water

  2. 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lime flavored gelatin

  3. 1-1/4 cups cold water

  4. 1/4 cup lemon juice

  5. 1 tsp. onion juice

  6. 1 cup sour cream

  7. 1 Tbsp. chopped dill

  8. 1-3/4 cups peeled, seeded, chopped cucumbers

  9. 1/4 cup chopped radishes

  10. 1/4 cup chopped green onions

  1. Pour boiling water over gelatin in a large bowl and stir until dissolved. Add cold water, lemon juice, and onion juice. Cover and chill until slightly thickened. Meanwhile, place chopped cucumbers in between several layers of paper towels and press down hard to remove excess liquid. Stir sour cream into thickened gelatin mixture, then fold in dill, cucumbers, radishes, and green onions. Pour into a 13x9" glass baking pan. Cover and chill in refrigerator until firm, about 4 to 6 hours. Cut Molded Cucumber Salad into squares and serve.
