  3. 1 Cinnamon stick

  4. 3 Whole cloves

  5. 2 cups Sauterne

  6. 12 ounces Apple juice

  7. 1 cup Orange juice

  8. 1/4 cup Lemon juice

  9. Orange sherbet

  1. PATTI - VDRJ67A Combine sugar, water, cinnamon and cloves. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Strain and cool. Mix all remaining ingredients except sherbet, with cinnamon mix. Chill well. Serve in glass topped with a spoonful of orange sherbet.
