  8. 1/2 c Brown Sugar -- Firmly Packed

  9. 1/4 c Lime Juice

  10. 2 T Ground Red Chiles -- To Taste

  11. 1 T Vegetable Oil

  12. 1 T Worcestershire Sauce

  13. 1 1/2 c Onion -- Chopped,

  14. 3 Medium

  15. 2 ea Jalapeno Chiles --

  16. 2 ea Cloves Garlic -- Finely Chopped

  17. 12 oz Tomato Paste --

  19. 12 oz Beer -- Any Brand Jalapeno chiles should be seeded and finely chopped.

  21. Heat all ingredients to boiling in a 2 quart saucepan; reduce heat to low.

  22. Cover and simmer 1 hour; stirring occasionally.
