  2. 1 pound mushrooms -- (chopped)

  3. 1/4 cup butter melted

  4. 1 teaspoon salt

  5. 1 tablespoon ketchup

  6. 1 cup flaked crabmeat

  7. 6 scallions

  8. 1 cup soft bread crumbs

  9. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  10. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  1. Chop all ingredients. Sauté mushrooms and onions 5 minutes in butter. Stir in bread crumbs and crabmeat.

  2. Cook 2 minutes. Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, and ketchup. Pour in cream 1/2 and 1/2. Put in flounder. Bake 425F for 10-15 minutes.

  3. Pat of butter on top and serve with mornaise sauce.
