  1. 25 grams lamb chops

  2. 25 grams kheema

  3. 10 grams onions

  4. 5 green chiles

  5. 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste

  6. 2 teaspoons chile powder

  7. 2 teaspoons coriander powder

  8. 25 grams khus khus seeds

  9. 10 grams garam masala

  10. 10 grams tomatoes

  11. 1 bunch cilantro

  12. 10 grams oil salt to taste

  1. Preparation : Wash lamb chops and kheema with water and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, fry chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, chile powder for 2-4 minutes. Then add lamb chops along with kheema and salt. Cook for 20 minutes. Later add chopped tomatoes, khus khus seeds paste, garam masala and cook for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle cilantro leaves and serve with any rice.
