  2. 1 1/2 cup(s) cornflakes

  3. 1 teaspoon(s) grated orange peel

  4. 4 tablespoon(s) chopped cilantro

  5. Salt

  6. Pepper

  7. 1 orange , peeled and diced

  1. In food processor, pulse salmon, cornflakes, orange peel, 2 tablespoons cilantro, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper until finely chopped. Form into 9 patties. Cook in 12-inch nonstick skillet on medium 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown, turning once.

  2. Combine diced orange, remaining 2 tablespoon cilantro, and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Serve with cakes.
