  8. 2 c sugar

  9. 1/2 tsp salt

  10. 1 1/4 c cocoa powder

  11. 1 c brewed coffee

  12. 1 tbsp dark rum

  13. Combine sugar, 3 1/2 cups water, and salt in a large saucepan. Bring

  14. mixture to a boil and stir until sugar is dissolved completely. Whisk

  15. in cocoa powder. Remove saucepan from heat; stir in coffee; let mixture cool slightly;

  16. add rum. Pour mixture into a large stainless-steel mixing bowl and chill thoroughly.
