    1. 2 cups 474ml Ketchup

    2. 2 teaspoons 10ml A-1 steak sauce

    3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Whole celery seed

    4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Tabasco sauce

    5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Soy sauce

    6. 23 cups 3680g / 129oz Dark brown sugar

    7. 2 Lemons - juiced

    8. 4 tablespoons 60ml Horseradish

    9. 12 teaspoons 60ml Garlic powder

    10. 12 teaspoons 60ml Sage

    11. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

    12. 1 cup 237ml Beer

    13. 2 cups 125g / 4.4oz Onions - finely chopped (small)

    1. Recipe Instructions Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring mixture to boil. Simmer sauce over medium-low heat, uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
