  1. 4 pound corned beef brisket

  2. 1 water

  3. 1/2 cup onion, chopped

  4. 2 each garlic, cloves, minced or garlic powder

  5. 2 each bay leaves

  6. 1 each cabbage, head, cut into wedges

  7. 9 to 10 hours. If cabbage is desired, lift corned beef out of pot, turn to HIGH and drop wedges of cabbage into broth. Cover and cook

  8. 15 to 20 minutes. Remove and serve.
