  6. pure pumpkin

  7. 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt

  1. In 10-inch skillet, melt butter on medium. Add sliced shallots; cook 5 minutes or until golden brown, stirring. With slotted spoon, transfer to paper towel-lined plate. To skillet, add ginger and curry powder; cook 30 seconds. Stir in can pumpkin and salt. Heat through, stirring. Garnish with sauteed shallots.
