  1. 2 cups 474ml Cooked green split peas

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped onion

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lime juice

  4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Minced garlic

  5. 1 Tomato chopped and seeded

  6. 1 Chopped green chilies - drained

  7. 1/2 cup 118ml Favorite picante sauce

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Garlic powder

  9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ground cumin

  10. 1/4 cup 59ml Fat free mayonnaise

  1. Recipe Instructions Cook peas as per package directions; drain; chill in refrigerator. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. You may want to add a little more picante if more heat desired. You may also add another tomato, chopped, after blended, if you desire chunks of tomato in your dip. Makes eight 1/4-cup servings.
