  1. 1 pound bulk pork sausage

  2. 2 eggs -- lightly beaten

  3. 1 cup milk -- scalded

  4. 7 cups coarse dry bread crumbs

  5. 2 tablespoons diced onion

  6. 1 cup diced celery

  7. 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley -- (up to 3)

  8. 1/2 teaspoon salt or salt to taste

  1. Preparation : In a skillet, brown sausage. Drain and discard the drippings. In a large mixing bowl, combine sausage and remaining ingredients; mix well. Place in a greased 2-qt. casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F. for 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
