  1. Cherry Cheese Pie

  2. 9-inch Graham Crack crumb crust or baked pastry shell

  3. 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  4. 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk

  5. 1/3 cup lemon juice

  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  7. 21 ounce can cherry pie filling, chilled

  8. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in

  9. condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.

  10. Pour into prepareed crust. Chill 3 hours, or until set. Top with

  11. desired amount of pie filling before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.

  12. Variation: Top the pie with fresh fruit, blueberries, peaches,

  13. strawberries, bananas, etc.
