  2. 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice

  3. 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil

  4. 6 cup(s) (2 pounds) diced cantaloupe , seeded, peeled, diced and chilled 1 cup(s) orange juice

  5. 1/4 cup(s) plain nonfat yogurt

  6. 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil

  7. 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice

  8. 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt

  9. 1/4 teaspoon(s) freshly ground pepper

  10. 1 bag(s) (10 ounces) Italian salad mix , or 1 large romaine lettuce and 1 small radicchio, torn into pieces 1 small roasted chicken , meat removed and diced (3 cups) 2 cup(s) seedless grapes

  11. 1/2 cup(s) salted roasted almonds

  1. For marinade , puree ingredients in blender. Remove 1/4 cup and set aside for salad dressing.

  2. For soup , add cantaloupe, orange juice, yogurt, and salt to blender; puree, in batches if necessary. Chill soup.

  3. For salad , combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper with reserved marinade. Toss lettuce, chicken, grapes, and almonds with dressing.
