  3. 1/3 cup 65g / 2 1/3oz Sugar

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Grated lemon peel

  5. 1/4 cup 59ml Lemon juice

  6. 1/4 cup 59ml Water

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Vegetable oil

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dried rosemary leaves - crumbled

  9. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz White coarse sugar crystals

  1. Recipe Instructions Heat oven to 400°. Place paper baking cup in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups, or grease bottoms only of muffin cups. Beat eggs slightly in medium bowl; stir in remaining ingredients except sugar crystals just until moistened. Divide batter evenly among cups; sprinkle with sugar crystals. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
