  2. Jarlsberg or hickory-smokedJarlsberg cheese; finelyshredded 1/2

  3. Ripe olives; finely chopped 1/4

  4. c

  5. Green onions; finely chopped

  6. 2 tb Chutney; finely chopped

  7. 1 tb Mayonnaise

  8. 2 ts

  9. Dijon-style mustard

  1. In a bowl combine all six ingredients and mix well.

  2. Cover and chill 1 to 24 hours.

  3. Use as a spread on crackers or small toasts or to stuff scooped-out cherry tomatoes, celery slices, endive or spread on cucumber and zucchini slices, eggplant and carrot rounds.
