  1. 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O

  2. 1 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese

  3. 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  4. 1 avocado, peeled and mashed

  5. 1/2 cup diced celery

  6. 1 Tbsp. onion juice (opt.)

  7. 1/4 cup diced green pepper

  1. P repare Jell-O according to package directions. Chill until partially set. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and avocado. Mix until smooth. Add celery, onion juice and green pepper. Fold into Jell-O. Pour into a 9-inch square glass pan. Chill until firm. Cut into squares. Place on lettuce leaf. top with a dollop of mayonnaise. Serve with assorted crackers. Makes 9 servings.
