  1. 500g watermelon, peeled and sliced

  2. 1/2 cup pineapple juice

  3. 1/2 cup white rum

  4. 1/4 cup triple sec liqueur

  5. 1 teaspoon grenadine

  6. Crushed ice

  7. Combine the watermelon, pineapple juice, rum, triple sec, grenadine and crushed ice in a blender. Blend it for 2-3 minutes or until it is smooth. Add more grenadine if desired.

  8. Pour the watermelon mai tai into individual glasses and garnish them with sliced watermelon. Serve immediately.
