  1. Dust prawns with corn starch. Pan-fry prawns in hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain. Saute Hoisin Sauce and Chili Bean Sauce in 2 tbsp oil. Add seasoning mix, prawns and stir well until sauce thickens. Sprinkle with shredded green onion and red chili.
