  1. 1 c Plus

  2. 2 tb all-purpose

  3. -flour 1/2 ts Baking powder

  4. 1/4 ts Cream of tartar

  5. 1/2 ts Salt

  6. 1/8 ts Baking soda

  7. 1/4 c Instant nonfat dry milk

  8. 1/3 c Vegetable shortening

  9. 1 tb Sugar

  10. 1 tb Minced onion

  11. 1 Egg, beaten

  12. 1/4 c Milk

  13. 1/4 c White wine

  14. 1/2 ts Dried oregano

  15. 1/4 c Freshly grated Parmesan

  16. -cheese

  17. 8 or 9-inch round pan and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at
