  1. 3 -4 lbs beef roast

  2. 10 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup, low fat (1 can)

  3. 10 ounces mushrooms , drained (1 can)

  4. 1 cup onion , diced

  5. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  6. salt and pepper, to taste

  1. Place roast in crock pot. Mix other ingredients in a separate bowl and pour over the roast.

  2. Cook roast on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Add more seasoning if desired after tasting the completed dish.
