  4. 1/4 tsp. baking powder

  5. 2 c. shortening

  6. 1 egg

  7. 1 tbsp. vinegar

  1. Combine dry ingredients. Cut in shortening. Combine egg and vinegar and add enough water to make 3/4 cup. Add flour mixture to this. Roll out or refrigerate. Use for 2 crust pie only. (4 pies)
