  1. 4 Boneless chicken breast halves

  2. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Pace picante sauce

  3. 3 tablespoons 45ml Light brown sugar - (packed)

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Dijon mustard

  5. 3 cups 480g / 16oz Hot cooked rice

  1. Place chicken in 2-quart shallow baking dish. Mix picante sauce, sugar and mustard. Pour over chicken.

  2. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until done. Serve with rice.

  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
