  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt into a large bowl and mix well. Add the butter and cut in as for pie crust with a pastry blender or 2 knives until the mixture resembles cornmeal. Add the yogurt and stir with a fork until the mixture forms a dough. Break off marble-size pieces of dough and roll out on a lightly floured surface to 7-inch rounds that are less than 1/8-inch thick, even paper-thin. Place on ungreased baking sheets and mist with water. Sprinkle with any combination of seasoning, or any single seasoning. Bake until crisp and golden brown, 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer to wire racks to cool.
