  1. 20 Uncooked medium shrimp - shelled, deveined

  2. 1/2 Red or green bell pepper - cut in

  3. 20 pieces (medium)

  4. 1 Pineapple chunks - drained (8 oz.)

  5. 20 Wooden toothpicks

  6. 1/3 cup 78ml Purchased sweet and sour sauce

  1. Recipe Instructions Heat oven to 350F. For each kabob, thread 1 shrimp, 1 bell pepper piece and 1 pineapple chunk on toothpick. Place in ungreased 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Brush with half of sauce. Bake at 350F for 5 minutes. Turn kabobs; brush with remaining sauce. Bake and additional 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Makes 20 appetizers.
