  1. 1 can artichoke hearts

  2. 1 cup mayonnaise

  3. 1/2 cup parmiggiano cheese

  4. 1 clove garlic -- (1-2 cloves)

  5. 2 dashes cayenne pepper -- (to taste)

  6. 1 dash lemon juice

  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  1. Preparation : Put the artichoke hearts in a food processor until they are cut up into small pieces. Then add crushed garlic, mayo, cheese, lemon juice, salt, and cayenne pepper. Blend until smooth. Pour into a microwaveable dish and microwave on High for 5 minutes. When done, stir and serve with Tortilla chips or vegetables. If you don't have a microwave, you can put it into a 350F oven for 10 minutes
