  1. 2 pounds spare ribs

  2. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  3. 1 onion

  4. 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  5. 2 tablespoons fat or salad oil

  6. 1/2 cup water

  7. 1/4 cup lemon juice

  8. 1 cup chili sauce

  9. 2 tablespoons vinegar

  1. Preparation : Place ribs in baking dish and bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes. Chop onion; brown in fat or salad oil. Add juice, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, water, chili sauce, salt and pepper if you wish. Cook slowly 20 minutes. Pour over ribs; continue baking 1 hour.
