  1. 4 tablespoons 60ml Butter - divided

  2. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Flounder filets

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Tabasco sauce

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Paprika

  6. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Grated cheddar cheese

  7. 1 cup 237ml Sour cream

  8. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Fine bread crumbs

  1. Grease a 2 qt. baking dish with 1 tsp butter. Arrange fish filets in baking dish.

  2. Blend salt, Tabasco Sauce, paprika, and cheddar cheese into sour cream and spread over fish. Top with bread crumbs and dot with remaining 3 tsp butter. Bake uncovered at 350F for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
