  1. 1 cup Bisquick

  2. 1/2 cup quick cooking oats

  3. 1/4 cup firm margarine

  4. 1 can pumpkin -- (16 oz.)

  5. 1 can evaporated milk -- (13 oz.)

  6. 2 eggs

  7. 3/4 cup sugar

  8. 1/2 tsp salt

  9. 1 tsp cinnamon

  10. 1/2 tsp ginger Topping:

  11. 1/2 cup brown sugar

  12. 2 T firm margarine

  13. 1/4 cup chopped nuts

  1. Preparation : Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix biscuit mix, oats, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup margarine until crumbly. Press into a 9x13-inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat pumpkin, milk, eggs, white sugar, salt and spices. Pour over baked layer. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. For topping, mix nuts, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 T margarine until crumbly and sprinkle over filling. Bake until set, about 15 more minutes. Cool completely to serve.
