  1. 1 pound ground turkey

  2. 1/2 cup crushed corn tortilla chips

  3. 3/4 cup chunky salsa, divided

  4. 1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained

  5. 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  6. 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

  7. 1 egg, beaten

  8. 1/4 cup nonfat sour cream

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, combine turkey, chips, 1/2 cup salsa, the chilies, oregano, pepper and egg.

  2. Shape turkey mixture into a 6-inch round loaf and place in 9-inch pie plate coated with cooking spray. Bake about 50 to 60 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink in center.

  3. To serve, cut loaf into 4 wedges and top with remaining salsa and the sour cream.
