  1. 1 c Sugar

  2. 1 ts Grated orange peel

  3. 1 tb Margarine or butter

  4. 1/4c Lemon juice

  5. 1/2c Water

  6. 1 1/4c Orange juice

  7. 1/4ts Salt

  8. 1 tb All-purpose flour

  9. 2 tb Cornstarch

  10. 1 ts Grated lemon peel

  1. + Mix sugar, cornstarch, flour and salt in 1-1/2-quart saucepan.

  2. Gradually stir in orange juice, water and lemon juice.

  3. Heat to boiling over low heat, stirring constantly.

  4. Boil and stir 3 minutes; remove from heat.

  5. Stir in remaining ingredients.

  6. Serve warm.

  7. ABOUT 2-1/3 CUPS SAUCE; 35 CALORIES PER TABLESPOON.

  8. To Microwave: Decrease water to 1/4 cup.

  9. Mix sugar, cornstarch, flour and salt in 4-cup microwavable measure.

  10. Gradually stir in orange juice, water and lemon juice.

  11. Microwave uncovered on high 5 to 7 minutes, stirring every minute, until thickened and boiling.

  12. Stir in remaining ingredients.
