  1. 1/2 small red cabbage , thinly sliced

  2. 1/2 small green cabbage, thinly sliced

  3. 2 carrots , coarsley grated

  4. 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

  5. 2 tablespoons canola, sunflower , or other light oil

  6. 2-3 tablespoons honey

  7. 1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt

  8. 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  9. 1/4 cup raisins

  1. Put the sliced cabbage in a bowl with the carrots. In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, oil, honey, salt, pepper and raisins and mix well. Pour the mixture over the cabbage and carrots and toss well to coat.
