  1. 1 1/2c Milk

  2. 3 T Wondra flour

  3. 3 T Margarine

  4. 1/4c Onion; chopped

  5. 1/4c Red bell pepper; chopped

  6. 1/4t Salt

  7. 1/8t Pepper

  8. 1 cl Garlic; crushed

  9. 1/3c Parmesan; grated

  10. 6 c Water

  11. 1 t Salt

  12. 9 oz Fettuccine

  13. 1 1/2c Broccoli & cauliflower

  14. -florets

  1. + Mix milk, flour, margarine, onion, bell pepper, 1/4 tsp salt, pepper and garlic in 1 quart saucepan.

  2. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly.

  3. Boil and stir 1 minute; remove from heat.

  4. Stir in cheese.

  5. Keep warm over low heat.

  6. Heat water and 1 tsp salt to boiling in 3 quart saucepan.

  7. Cook fettuccine as directed on package.

  8. Add broccoli and cauliflower during last 2 minutes of cooking; drain.

  9. Place fettuccine and vegetables on platter; top with cheese sauce.

  10. Sprinkle with additional grated cheese and pepper if desired.
