  1. 75 g corned

  2. 1/4 tsp salt

  3. 1/8 tsp pepper

  4. 300 g potatoes, steamed, mashed

  5. 50 g onion, finely chopped

  6. 1 large red chilli, finely chopped

  7. 1 stalk celery, finely chopped

  8. 1 egg, beaten off

  9. 50 g coarse bread crumbs oil for frying

  1. : 1. Mix corned, potatoes, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  2. Heat one tablespoon oil, saute onion, red peppers, and celery until wilted. Lift and insert it into dough. Stir well.

  3. Take dough forms a round.

  4. Coat with beaten egg and coarse bread crumbs.

  5. Heat oil and fry until golden and meatball cooked.

  6. Remove and drain, serve with chili sauce.
